Job description: | I am looking for a chef to join the team, working closely with the General Manager in the kitchen at a popular and busy hotel in the South of Scotland. Ideally you will have some good experience and be keen to grow with the business. Initially this is a seasonal position although can be full-time for the right person or couple. Situated in a bustling town with lots to do on time off including walking, golf, fishing. a very friendly town. You will be welcome to have input into the menus and certainly an opportunity to make a mark. Mixture of fresh and frozen food. May suit either a single chef or a couple |
