Salary:We offer an annual salary of £24,000 per annum, great tips. Salary is based on 41-hours per week with paid overtime.

The three Chimneys & the House over-by Restaurant with rooms is a 6 bedroom 3 AA Rosette 5 star Restaurant. With 30 seats in the restaurant and 8 on the Kt table, situated in North west Isle of Skye

One of Scotland’s finest 5-star Restaurant & rooms, we are seeking creative, passionate, and enthusiastic Fine Dining, Chef de Partie to join our 3 rosette Kitchen team.

The restaurant is open 7 days a week. Dinner only from 1st of November to the 1st of April, then the 1st of April open for lunch and dinner, to the 1st of November.

Our stunning fine dining restaurant, is a 39 cover, with more than a touch of theatrical magic, classical Scottish fine dining restaurant.
Currently a team of 10 chefs and 3 Kitchen porters. Looking to increase to 12 chefs.

Our exceptional dishes created from Scotland’s finest produce, offering unrivalled experience for fine dining Chefs looking to grow and develop, both professionally and personally.

When the three chimneys first opened its doors in 1985, it was a standalone restaurant.. Today this magnificent Restaurant has 6 Luxury bedrooms and has grown from strength to strength. Including a new look to our fine dining restaurant.

• Playing a key part in creating the most exceptional fine dining experience in our fantastic, and modern kitchen
• Working with the best Scottish ingredients using both classic and modern cooking techniques
• Bringing delicious flavours to our guests’ tables, running your own section in our busy, fast paced and inspiring kitchen
• Supporting our Head Chef on ideas and techniques that make our kitchen a creative, ever-changing environment where we’re always looking to come up with new, delicious combinations of taste

• Previous experience at a similar level working as part of a fast-moving, quality driven Culinary team
• Your passion for food is a given;

• Excellent personal presentation, hygiene and grooming standards are all second nature to you
