Job description: | The Douglas Hotel is a 22 Bedroom Hotel situated on the beautiful Isle of Arran. We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie with experience in high volume fresh food. Reporting to the Head Chef you will be an integral part of the Kitchen Team, delivering exceptional food across the hotel whilst ensuring quality and consistency.
