Job description: | Occupying an iconic 1800s building, the hotel is steeped in golfing history and overlooks the picturesque town of St Andrews. This multi-venue site spans across four floors and includes a modern take on a traditional pub, an all-day dining brasserie, The Bridge, and our rooftop destination restaurant 18, which celebrates Scottish produce cooked over flames. WHAT ARE MY MAIN DUTIES? As Chef de Partie you will work closely with both junior and senior chefs. You will be required to maintain high quality throughout the kitchen whilst also occasionally running your own section. You will need to have an understanding of the whole kitchen and have the ability to help all sections throughout any given day. In this role your responsibilities will include: Running a section and working closely with the Commis Chefs. The ideal candidate will have: 2+ years’ experience as Commis Chef or higher.
