Chef de Partie, / Sous - The Earn Coffee Shop, Perthshire

The Earn Coffee Shop is a young and growing business, serving delicious wholesome food and a wide array of drinks to our lovely customers. We are open five days a week from 9am to 4pm Thursday to Monday serving breakfast, lunch & afternoon tea. As we come into the summer, we usually see an increase in attendance and so are looking for two new chefs to join our kitchen team on a part time and full time basis.
Weekend work is required, although with it being a 9-4pm business, your evenings will always be free for a better work life balance.

We are looking for two chefs to -
Assist the head chef in the operation of the kitchen and with the preparation of food for the breakfast and lunch menu
Develop and learn new recipes
Ensure that meals are of high quality and consistency
Communicate effectively as part of the kitchen team
Sustain good timekeeping, due to our rural location a driving licence is preferred (although there are bus links)
Able to maintain standards while working under time pressure
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness

EXPERIENCE OF AT LEAST 2-3 YEARS WORKING IN BUSY, FAST PACED KITCHENS.
