Uig Hotel is a family run business on the Isle of Skye, located on the hillside overlooking Loch Snizort close to the ferry port to the Outer Hebrides. The Hotel is perfectly situated for some of Skye's most beautiful scenery and a host of outdoor activities.

We are highly rated on the island for quality food and great hospitality. We have a talented stable team of chefs and are committed to training and developing all our team.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie with some experience and more importantly a high commitment to consistently delivering quality food.
You'll be able to work comfortably as part of a team but able to work on your own initiative when required.
You'll be happy to take ownership of important issues, solve problems and make effective decisions.
You have a passion for food and a desire to learn and develop under a talented Head Chef.
