Job description:	Corner 124 is a popular restaurant in Kendal, Cumbria and we are looking for either a full time or part time chef de partie Hours are very flexible. Full time hours are a maximum of 40 per week. Part time hours to be discussed but somewhere around 20 hours. The restaurant opens at 5.30pm with last diners around 8pm to 8.30pm. Closed on bank holiday Mondays. When fully staffed - every third weekend off. We would like someone to join us and be part of a team where the key kitchen staff (3 in total) are all trained to do starters and mains so each can cover each other’s days off/holidays/sickness etc. There is so much opportunity for the right candidate for which would be reflected remunerably.
