Salary:	£14 per hour, paid monthly plus tips
Duration:	Permanent
Hours:	minimum 40 hours per week
Days:	5 days from 7, straight shifts
Holidays:	Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:	99
Covers:	Lunch: 20 to 40; Dinner: 80 to 120; Breakfast: 150 to 200; Functions: to 180
Food type:	Modern Scottish, fine dining and traditional casual dining using fresh local produce
Full-time chefs:	Brigade of 6 chefs and kitchen porters
Accommodation:	One months accommodation available to start with
Job description:	Cardrona Hotel, Golf & Spa is a 4-Star Hotel in Peebles The hotel's spectacular location on the banks of the River Tweed is just 40 minutes from Edinburgh and 90 minutes from Glasgow. We are looking for a chef de partie to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work in an excellent establishment and be part of a strong team. You must have a goods knowledge of health, safety & hygiene procedures and be able to run a section.
