Hours:45 hours per week
Days:5 days from 7 mixture of shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Covers:Lunch: weekends only; Dinner: 20 - 30; Breakfast: 20 - 30

Job description:

Knockderry House is a small 4-star county house hotel in Argyll and Bute (1 hr from Glasgow and 20 mins from Helensburgh).

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Chef to join this Stunning West Coast Hotel

Strong Chef de Partie / Sous Chef

Ideally you will have quality background experience.

Using the best of local produce, you will have input into menus and deliver high quality food

You must have up to date hygiene certificates
