| Job description: | I am looking for a relief chef de partie for a 4 star 2 AA Rosette 16 bedroom hotel near Inverness Fine Dining, Modern British, Scottish – two AA rosettes Breakfast, lunch and dinner to 35 covers per service Brigade of 5 chefs and kitchen porters The rate of pay is £19 per hour paid weekly, net of tax and NI. They will pay you return travelling expenses subject to you completing your work stint. |
