Job description: | I am looking for a relief chef de partie from 7th July for 3 weeks initially for a busy 3 star hotel to the north of Glasgow. £19 per hour cooking mainly bistro food in a team of 3 chefs and kitchen porters. return travel at 35p per mile paid upon completion or public transport.
