| Salary: | £19 per hour paid monthly with weekly advances |

| Hours: | 8 hours per day - 7-3 / 3-9:30. or if you wanted to work the whole day that is also an option |
| Days: | 5/6/7 days per week |
| Holidays: | Statutory (28 days p/a) |

| Food type: | homemade burgers, soups, Reuben sandwiches, cakes etc - 30 covers |
| Full-time chefs: | 1 plus kp (there is a head chef in an other part of the building) |
| Accommodation: | lodge with wifi in the grounds |
| Job description: | I am looking for a relief CDP to work on their own in an upmarket cafe in Nairn starting ASAP for 4 weeks possibility for in going work Serving up to 30 covers Accommodation is available Return travelling expenses paid subject to completing the agreed stint |
