Days: | 5 days from 7 - straight shifts 6am to 3pm |

Bedrooms: | 16 plus 2 self catering |
Covers: | Lunch: 45; Dinner: 45; Breakfast: 30; Functions: 120 |
Food type: | Quality fresh 3 AA fine dining |
Full-time chefs: | 5-7 chefs plus kitchen porters |
Accommodation: | Accommodation is own room in the staff cottage or in a cabin, wifi available and meals on duty |
