Salary:The gross hourly rate is £19 per hour, paid weekly PAYE
Duration:Seasonal
Hours:minimum 40 hours per week
Days:5 days from 7 - straight shifts 6am to 3pm
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:16 plus 2 self catering
Covers:Lunch: 45; Dinner: 45; Breakfast: 30; Functions: 120
Food type:Quality fresh 3 AA fine dining
Full-time chefs:5-7 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Accommodation is own room in the staff cottage or in a cabin, wifi available and meals on duty
Job description:

I am looking for a relief Chef de Partie for a quality hotel Stirlingshire.
Starting ASAP for 1 week
Quality fresh fine dining - Table d'hote and a la carte (3AA) – Breakfasts to 30, lunches to 45 and dinners to 45.
brigade or 5-7 a kitchen porter .
Accommodation is own room in the staff cottage or in a cabin, wifi available and meals on duty
The gross hourly rate is £19 per hour, paid weekly PAYE

They will pay you return travelling expenses subject to completing the agreed work stint.
