Salary:The gross hourly rate of pay is £19 per hour, paid weekly PAYE

Hours:minimum 40 hours per week
Days:5 days from 7 mixture of shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Food type:Classic Scottish brasserie – up to 1 rosette & bar food.
Full-time chefs:3-4 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Clean single accommodation is available in the hotel. en suite
Job description:

I am looking for a CDP for a 42 bedroom in Ballater (wortking breakfast shifts)
Starting ASAP to end August August
Classic Scottish brasserie – up to 1 rosette & bar food. Breakfasts to 50, lunches to 20, dinners to 60
Brigade of 3/4 chefs plus kitchen porters.
Clean single accommodation is available in the hotel.
Working hours will be a minimum of 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7. Mixed shifts.
The gross hourly rate of pay is £19 per hour, paid weekly PAYE
They will pay travelling expenses return subject to you completing your work stint.
