Salary:The gross hourly rate of pay is £19 per hour, paid monthly with a weekly advance PAYE.

Hours:minimum 40 hours per week
Days:5 days from 7 mixture of shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Full-time chefs:4-6 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Accommodation is en suite staff bedroom – TV and Wi-Fi is available. Meals are provided.
Job description:

I am looking for a relief a CDP for a hotel in Dumfriesshire.
Starting 13th July for 4 weeks.
There is a brigade of 4/6 chefs plus kitchen porters.
50 bedroom hotel. Serving A la carte Breakfasts to 110, lunches to 50 and dinners to 110.
Working hours will be a minimum of 40 hours per week pro rata over 5 days. Mixed shifts. Includes breakfasts
Accommodation is en suite staff bedroom – TV and Wi-Fi is available. Meals are provided.
The gross hourly rate of pay is £19 per hour, paid monthly with weekly advances net of tax and NI.
They will pay you return travelling expenses subject to you completing your work stint.
