Job description: | The Kinloch Hotel on the stunning Isle of Arran are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team. The right candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day to day management and running of the Kitchen. You will assist the Head Chef in every aspect of the Kitchen, working closely with our other Chefs to provide high quality meals in a quality friendly working environment. If you are excited about the food industry and have experience in catering and are professional, organised, possess a passion for success and can successfully assist our Kitchen team then we would love to hear from you. The ideal candidate will: Prepare and assist cooking of the menu to the highest standard Be able to assist Head Chef with ordering of stock and manage stock control within agreed budgets and GP margins Be able to follow, maintain and demonstrate high standards of food safety and cleanliness Approximately 40-45 hours a week, worked flexibly across 7 days. Working hours between 7am-9.30pm with a mix of split and straight shifts. Salary based on Experience, Interview and Qualifications. Live in Accommodation available |
