Based in Cairneyhill (west Dunfermline) they provide a fully stocked Garden Centre, Gift Shop and Farm Shop offering seasonal products. The Coffee Shop provides a warm inviting place to relax and enjoy tasty, locally sourced food and drink. You will have a minimum of 2 years experience.
Job Purpose
This position will work closely with the Chef Manager to ensure the following:
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare all food products for service
• Prepare customer orders observing menu, special requests and allergens
• Keep kitchen area clean and tidy
• Observe food safety regulations and be aware of safety guidelines
• Assist Chef Manager with regular stock takes and kitchen maintenance
Other Duties
• Any other reasonable duties as outlined by the Manager and Partners
• Opening and closing the Coffee Shop
