| Job description: | I'm looking for 2 x Chef de Parties to join this 38 bedroom 3 star hotel in Inverness-shire until the end of October. The rate is £19/hr paid monthly. Good quality on site accommodation is included with the role, and return travel expenses will be paid upon completion of the agreed upon stint. You'll be working in a small team of 6 Chefs to produce classical scottish dishes from fresh ingredients for up to 100 covers per service. The larder and stoves need to be covered so this could be a good opportunity for two friends or a couple to work together in a friendly and beautiful part of the country. |
