| Job description: | I am looking for a relief CDP 5th to 7th September and 12th to 14th September Brigade of 3 chefs and kitchen porters and a prep chef. 17 bedroom hotel serving Scottish Gastro. Breakfasts to 25, lunches 25 to 60 and dinners 30 to 50. Working hours will be a minimum of 10 hours per day . mixture of shifts the gross hourly rate is £19 per hour, paid weekly Accommodation is available They will pay you return travelling expenses subject to you completing your work stint. |
