Are you a passionate chef with a flair for creativity and a love for delivering exceptional food? We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen brigade at the Grant Arms Hotel, Grantown on Spey, in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. The Grant Arms Hotel is a traditional Scottish 4-star hotel known for outstanding service and memorable dining experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Running your own section in the kitchen with confidence and consistency.
• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standard.
• Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with menu planning and kitchen organisation.
• Leading and mentoring junior chefs to help them grow.
• Maintaining excellent hygiene, safety, and food quality standards.
• Contributing your ideas to exciting seasonal menus and special events.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Demi Chef ready to step up) in a 4-star hotel, resort, or fine dining restaurant.
• A strong understanding of modern cooking techniques and food safety.
• Energy, creativity, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• A team player with leadership potential and attention to detail.
