| Job description: | I'm looking for a Chef de Parties to join this 38 bedroom 3 star hotel in Inverness-shire. The salary is negotiable but starts at £28,000 per annum. There's excellent accommodation available within walking distance of the hotel. You'll be working in a small team of 6 Chefs to produce classical scottish dishes from fresh ingredients for up to 100 covers per service. The Head Chef is happy to pass on his knowledge to eager junior staff members, and the team that's in place are all long standing and stable.
