| Job description: | The Red House Hotel is a busy 20 bedroom family run hotel situated in Blairgowrie, Perthshire. We are looking to add a talented and passionate chef de partie to add to our current team of five chefs in a small but busy, family run hotel in Coupar Angus. As chef de partie your duties would include preparing and plating a variety of dishes for our restaurant customers as well as breakfast shifts and catering a variety of functions, Maintaining hygiene standards, stock control, menu design and working closely with the head and sous chefs assisting in their daily duties. You would preferably have experience at a similar level although would be suitable for a junior chef looking to step up as full support will be given. You'll be required to maintain hygiene standards, stock control, assist with menu design and work closely with the head and sous chefs, assisting in their daily duties.
