Job description:

Inver Restaurant is newly opened, in March 2015. We are situated on the beautiful shores of Loch Fyne near the village of Strachur. Although only open a couple of months we have been reviewed by the Guardian newspaper's renowned critic Marina O'Loughlin who gave us a rare 9/10. Chef-owner Pamela Brunton has worked in some of the world's best restaurants, including Noma (Copenhagen) and Faviken (Sweden), Tom Aikens (London) and In De Wulf (Belgium). She and partner Rob work to the highest industry standards and are keen to share their skills and experience with the right person.

We are looking for a chef to partie to join our team. You will ideally come from a good pedigree and have rosette or Michelin experience. You will be used to working in a professional kitchen and be committed and career orientated.

This position is available now until the end of October with the possibility to become permanent for the right candidate.
