Covers:Lunch: 30 - 40 plus business conferences buffet style; Dinner: up to 100 split betwen 2AA Rosette restaurant, brasserie and bar; Functions: busy wedding function
Food type:2 AA Restaurant classic british and european using modern techniques, good bar meal trade and very busy functions.
Full-time chefs:12 plus kitchen porters.

Job description:

Smith’s Hotel are currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie Smith’s Hotel is an award winning luxury boutique hotel and is proud of the Scottish Hotel Awards achieved to date.

As the Chef de Partie you will have experience within an AA awarded fine dining restaurant but this is not essential as so long as you have the aspiration for the very best service delivery within a very busy banqueting and bistro service.

Chef de Partie Duties and Attributes Include:
•Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in hotels/restaurants
•Ability to demonstrate kitchen and culinary skills
•Ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
•Passion for food
•A high standard of personal presentation
•Confident, professional and welcoming personality
