| Job description: | Y Not Bar and Grill is a busy bar and bistro situated in Thurso, 2 hours north of Inverness. We are looking for a chef de partie to join our team. You will be working in a small team of enthusiastic chefs learning & helping with all aspects of the kitchen, producing modern bistro style food & a wide range of specials. Very busy and popular venue for both food & live music. Thurso is situated on the north coast of Scotland with a population of 10,000 and is a thriving town with plenty to do: cinema, college, surfing, nightclub, great schools, fishing & golfing, a very relaxed place to live & work. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
