Job description: | The Clan MacDuff is a 45 bedroom 3* hotel situated 2 miles from Fort William, the outdoor capital of the UK. We are looking for a chef to work alongside our head chef and cover for his 1 day off a week. We are looking for a chef de partie but this might suit a strong commis chef as all of the preparation will be done for the head chef's one day off. This is a great opportunity for you to learn and use good quality produce working with our very experienced head chef. You will be passionate about good food and keen to learn. Lots to do on days off if you enjoy outdoor pursuits. This position is available now for the right candidate until the end of October. |
