Job description: | Archerfield is a luxury 5* golf resort situated 20 miles from Edinburgh with a good reputation. We are looking for chef de partie candidates who have good quality restaurant experience. All the food is made on site from fresh, good quality ingredients. Experience of volume and functions is desired but not essential. Working under a well known executive chef working in different areas of the establishment. There is lots of scope for career progression. Positions are available now for the right candidate. |
