Stove Restaurant is a multi-generational, deliberately different kind of restaurant on the Langdale Estate. Langdale is a timeshare and hotel resort, with spa, food and beverage outlets and 16 bedroom boutique hotel set in 35 acres of woodland in the heart of the Lake District.

Stove Restaurant offers a range of seating areas to suit different moods as well as a Wine Room for intimate dining, an open kitchen with a feature wood-fired oven and a Chef’s Table where guests can interact with the Chef as their meals are prepared. Outdoor seating will be complemented with a log burner and views over the Estate's modern and historic waterwheels.

As a Chef de Partie you will have experience in the kitchen and a desire to contribute to the production of high quality food with consistent standards of service and product delivery. You will be able to work across all sections and help train junior members of the team. You will comfortable running your own section and working unsupervised and be able to manage your own prep. Most important is having passion & drive to help create locally sourced, quality food.
