Job description: | The Marcliffe Hotel & Spa is a privately owned prestigious 5 Star luxury hotel on the western fringe of Aberdeen. It is located in 11 acres of beautiful woodland grounds and is only 3 miles from Aberdeen city centre. The hotel is the home of our Conservatory Restaurant, seating 70 covers, in which our highly skilled team of chef’s specialise in serving the best of Grampian produce from local suppliers. We currently have a vacancy for a Chef De Partie to join our experienced and established kitchen team within the Marcliffe. The successful candidate would be enthusiastic about food and have a high attention to detail. Your already established skills would be shown by your motivation in this role and ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen by working closely with the Head Chef. |
