Job description: | Greywalls in East Lothian is a Relais & Chateaux 5 Star Hotel, part of the Roux brand. We are looking for a demi chef de partie to join our team. Ideally you will come from a quality background. This is a great opportunity for career progression working for the Roux group. Working in a relaxed kitchen in a beautiful location with our own garden and close to the beach. Great opportunities to do stages at such as La Gavroche.
