Salary:£19,500 per annum, paid monthly plus tips.
Hours:48-50 hours per week
Days:5 days from 7 - straight shifts starting 10am - closed mondays
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Covers:Lunch: sits up to 60; Dinner: up to 120; Breakfast: at week-ends up to 60; Functions: some outside catering and outside barbecues and some weddings
Food type:Bistro with a Modern Twist
Full-time chefs:5 / 6 chefs plus kitchen porters. Good team already in place
Accommodation:Live out, 17 miles from Aberdeen.
Job description:

Fennel Restaurant has a fantastic reputation locally and regionally for good quality cooking and hospitality.

We are looking for a chef de partie, experience with freshly prepared ingredients and local suppliers.

Outstanding friendly personality with definite ‘can do’ attitude, excellent attention to detail, real passion for food and drink with an ability to bring added value to whatever you do.

We have a good strong team of chefs in place.

The ideal candidate will be organised, an excellent communicator and a hands on chef with exceptional attention to detail and the passion to go the extra mile.
