Job description: | I am looking for a chef de partie for a 34 bedroom hotel on the south side of Glasgow. A 19th century listed building which is located in beautiful rural surroundings. We are looking for a talented chef de partie to work alongside our committed, professional team. The ideal candidate must have a passion for food and the ability to work as a team with a proven track record. A privately owned hotel which has recently experienced a £1.2 million refurbishment. The successful candidate will require their own transport due to the rural location of the Hotel. Must have a driving license and a car to commute to and from the hotel. |
