| Job description: | I am looking for a chef de partie for a small 5 bedroom hotel situated in Perthshire. A 5 bedroom hotel/ 60 cover restaurant in Aberfeldy (10 miles from Pitlochry, 30 miles from Perth). Looking for a Chef de Partie to work as part of a brigade specialising in Scottish seafood, game and local produce. Aberfeldy is a lovely town, within one hour of Glasgow and Edinburgh, with a population of 2000, a great place to live and work. Looking for a committed chef who is up to date with all hygiene and safety aspects of the kitchen. The ideal chef will have relevant experience of working with fresh cooking ingredients in the face paced kitchen or wish to step to work in like this kitchen. Scope for career progression. |
