Salary:Up to £25,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience paid monthly with tips paid weekly. Overtime paid for extra days worked on a pro rata basis.

Hours:35 to 45 per week depending on season
Days:5 days per week mixture of shifts including 2/3 breakfasts shifts per week
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Covers:Lunch: 10-80 (Sunday Carvery); Dinner: 30-70; Breakfast: to 10
Food type:All fresh produce made on the premises with lots of local seafood and game plus Sunday carvery
Full-time chefs:3/4 chefs plus kitchen porter
Accommodation:Own room in shared staff accommodation available including Wi-Fi and meals on and off duty
Job description:

I am looking for a chef de partie for a small 5 bedroom hotel situated in Perthshire. A 5 bedroom hotel/ 60 cover restaurant in Aberfeldy (10 miles from Pitlochry, 30 miles from Perth).

Looking for a Chef de Partie to work as part of a brigade specialising in Scottish seafood, game and local produce.

Aberfeldy is a lovely town, within one hour of Glasgow and Edinburgh, with a population of 2000, a great place to live and work.

Looking for a committed chef who is up to date with all hygiene and safety aspects of the kitchen.

The ideal chef will have relevant experience of working with fresh cooking ingredients in the face paced kitchen or wish to step to work in like this kitchen.
