Job description: | Opportunity for experienced Chef to expand their culinary skills cooking across all areas from preparing fresh landed seafood to baking bread. The location is fairly remote and likely to appeal to someone with outdoor interests. There is very little public transport but if you have a clean driving licence you can have use of a shared staff car. Eddrachilles can be a great place to save money and there are very reasonable rates for the hotel staff accommodation. We have a enthusiastic team of 5 staff plus 2 owners and we try to create a supportive working environment. The hotel was one of the first in Scotland to be accredited by the Living Wage Foundation. |
