Job description:

The Polochar Inn is an 11 bedroom 4* inn situated in South Uist, 5 miles from Lochboisdale.

We are looking for a chef de partie to work alongside our Head chef and Sous chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.

Using lots of fresh produce including meat from the local butchers and very high quality seafood.

We have an excellent reputation for our food and we are looking for someone who can maintain that good reputation.

This position is available now until October but there is potential for it to become permanent for the right candidate.
