Salary:Negotiable salary depending on experience paid monthly plus tips. Full-time chefs:38 plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Room in staff house charged at £60 per week including bills.

We are ready to receive applications from exceptional, talented Chefs looking to join our legendary team.


Preparation and service of hot and cold dishes, breakfast dishes and assisting with the preparation of lunch service and mise en place for the restaurant. The chef will be expected to be able to work on their own given the shift pattern and be responsible for the cooking and serving of breakfast menu items to a 5-star standard.

* Awareness of food items in Duel In The Sun Kitchen, specifications, methods, presentation standards and recipes.
* Assess quality control and adhere to service standards.
* Support the control of food cost by minimizing wastage and helping Head Chef and Sous chef with orders.
* Support Head Chef/Sous Chef and Kitchen brigade with the execution of lunch service.
* Ability to execute preparation in accordance with deadlines and to assist and encourage others in achieving this aim.
* Seek own solutions and problems that occur from time to time and remedy them in a positive manner.
* Develop train and mentor junior members of the team.
* Assist with cleaning duties in maintaining kitchen cleanliness to the highest standards.

* Must be eligible to work within the UK.
* Holder of a Basic Health and Hygiene Certificate
* Demonstrate initiative at all times with a positive attitude in the workplace
* Demonstrate the proper and safe usage of all kitchen equipment
* Close liaison with all sections of the kitchen in order to ensure smooth and efficient service
* Strong desire to improve on skills and knowledge
* Ability to produce work in accordance with a dateline which has been set
