Job description:

Achray House is an ambitious and driven small restaurant with rooms on the banks of Loch Earn in St Fillans.

Our ambition is to take our restaurant to Michelin star level in three years with our head chef Filip Verheyden's lead.

Reporting directing to your head chef the ideal candidate for this role will understand the subtle way flavours work together. You will have an appreciation for artistic presentation and good knowledge of the latest techniques.

Must have the ability to work in a busy high pressure environment.

Ideally you will have Michelin star and/or Rosette experience.
