Job description:

At Lundies, our food is influenced by our Nordic experience and heritage. We are very proud of our cuisine. We use ingredients from Scottish and British producers, fresh herbs and vegetables from Lundies garden, alongside our own foraged ingredients from the forests in and around the village of Tongue.

Key Duties
You will be an important part of the Kitchen at Lundies.
Working alongside the Head Chef James Wilson and Sous Chef Jack Newport you will contribute to the daily mise-en-place, service, cleaning, and smooth running of the kitchen.
We are looking for a motivated team player with experience and passion for cooking.
Becoming an ambassador for our properties and estates; by understanding their individual key features in terms of location, design, and concept.

Able to work well as part of small friendly team.
Good attention to detail and the ability to manage your workload in a timely manner.
