Commis Chef Opportunity: This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef to join one of Scotland`s premium hotels Maintaining driving consistently high standards of produce in all food operations throughout the hotel. Including Breakfast, informal deck restaurant, afternoon tea and fine dining This would suit a chef de partie with 2 AA Rosette experience moving in to a Michelin kitchen This position is available from around 19th April happy to wait for the right candidate |
