Salary:£16,000 to £23,500 per annum paid monthly with annual tips

Hours:average 40 hours per week
Days:5 days from 7 - mainly straight shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:8 bedrooms and 10 apartments
Covers:Lunch: average 30; Dinner: average 30; Breakfast: average 30; Functions: average 100

Full-time chefs:8 plus kitchen porters

Pittormie Castle & Residences are the best kept secret in the Scottish hospitality sector and home to The Eden Club, a private members golf, shooting and residence club. Located on the outskirts of St Andrews Fife, the estate is spread over 20 acres with the castle, residences and leisure facilities, maintained to the highest possible standards by a loyal and hardworking team.

Due to the continued expansion of the club, we are currently looking for a trainee Commis Chef to join our team.

The kitchen showcases the very best local produce in a number of different dining experiences.

In the Pittormie kitchen a simple but great philosophy exists; source only the best ingredients and through skill, knowledge and understanding, elevate the flavours to create the most memorable dishes and dining experiences.

You will receive excellent training from our senior chefs.
