Frankie & Lola’s is an award winning family entertainment centre which has won accolades in the past for its commitment to high quality food and beverage offering.

We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Chef de Partie or Commis Chef to join our Inverness kitchen team.

Part time and full time hours available. Part time 16+ hours per week (day time only, no evening work), full time 38-40 hours Monday to Sunday. Ideal for those with commercial kitchen experience, who want a great work-life balance.

Responsibilities Include:

- Contributing, consistently, to the delivery of a smooth and high quality food service.
- Developing a strong working knowledge of our menu, and preparing each item to a high standard and in-line with established guidelines. Menu items include pastas, wraps, sandwiches, breakfast items,
homemade cakes and desserts, etc.
- Assisting in the ordering, storage, control and management of all stock, according to regulations and administrative procedures.
- Complying with all current Health & Safety and food hygiene regulations and to ensure the health, safety and enjoyment of visitors whilst using our food service facilities.
- Assisting with all aspects of daily, weekly and monthly cleaning of the kitchen, equipment and other food service areas; ensuring that high levels of hygiene standards are maintained.
- Working with the wider venue team to ensure that the Frankie & Lola’s customer service excellence standards are delivered daily.
- Coordinating with front of house team to deliver food for functions and parties on a tight schedule.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have some experience in hospitality/leisure cooking environments.
- Have a basic understanding of food hygiene and safety.
