Job description: | The Capercaillie has been owned by the same person for over 17 years. It is a well established bar/ restaurant popular with tourists and locals. The staff team work well together and are a really friendly bunch. The owner takes responsibility for all menu planning, stock ordering, rotas etc. so no responsibility for that sort of thing. The kitchen opens at 9am and closes at 8pm so finish is very seldom any later than 9pm. |
