Salary:Wage negotiable depending on experience paid monthly with a share of tips
Duration:Permanent
Hours:40 hours per week
Days:5 days from 7 mixed shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:27 bedroom - 300-600 covers per week in season, with 60-80 weddings per year
Food type:Fine dining using fresh produce, plus standard traditional dishes.
Full-time chefs:5 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Temporary accommodation available for up to 1 months - Caravan on site - pay utilities (phone heat and light)
Job description:

Pettycur Bay Holiday Park has a 27 bedroom, 3 star hotel and restaurant situated between Burntisland and Kinghorn on the South coast of Fife, 6 miles from Kirkcaldy.

We are looking for a commis chef to join our diverse operation, to provide fine dining in our Horizons restaurant and catering for wedding parties in our function suites.

You will be assisting the team in the day to day running of the kitchen including banqueting work.
