Job description: | The Ceildh Place is a 13 bedroom hotel situated in Ullapool just 1 hour from Inverness. We are looking for a commis chef to join our friendly and stable team. The positions are seasonal but with the view to permanent depending on the candidate. The hotel has been in business for around 40 years and pride ourselves on provided good honest home cooked food using the best of what our local suppliers have to offer. You are required to work breakfast shift. You must have experience in cooking with fresh ingredients, you are encouraged to be creative and have the opportunity for input to menus. There is lots to do on days off - water sports, walking, fishing and there is a local leisure centre and swimming pool. The position is available on the 22nd February and through until the end September |
