Job description: | The Brae Hotel is a busy year round modern Hotel with a mix of business and tourist customers. We are looking for a Breakfast chef to join our established team. Our Head Chef is keen to help the right candidate expand their skills. Brae is a thriving rural community with health and leisure centres a few minutes walk away. There is a bus service to Lerwick. We pay your ferry fare and meet you at the terminal. |
