Job description: | Lodge on the Loch is a 4* hotel situated 35 miles north-west of Glasgow which has 2 rosettes for the food. Looking to recruit two commis chefs to join the team. You will be working under our experienced head chef and this is an excellent opportunity to progress in your career. Excellent training will be provided. We would look for you to have some experience in a similar role. There are various menus including a la carte and market menu and we use lots of fresh, local produce that the area has to offer. This position is available now and is a permanent all year round position. |
