Job description: | The Rock's hotel situated in Dunbar has just been taken over by new owners. Situated just 2 minutes from the harbour we are serving the freshest seafood and a lot of our food is made in house. We are serving traditional Scottish cuisine to a high standard and we are looking for a commis chef to join our new and friendly team. You will receive excellent training and work in your own section of the kitchen, predominantly working on the sauce and starter section of the kitchen. We focus a lot on seafood which we receive from the local harbour, this is an excellent opportunity to work with the freshest produce and gain quality training. We have accommodation available which is ideal for someone looking to move to the area, we are only 30 miles from Edinburgh so there is plenty to do on your days off. The position is available starting as soon as possible for the right candidate. |
