Salary:£24,000 per annum depending on experience, paid monthly - share of tips annually

Days:5 days per week mixed shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:24 bedrooms
Covers:Lunch: 20 to 30 usually can do to 50; Dinner: 30 to 50 covers; Breakfast: up to 53; Functions: occasional functions to 120 for bespoke weddings
Food type:Classical French with modern techniques, clear flavours
Full-time chefs:7 + kitchen porters
Accommodation:Live in accommodation is available
Job description:

Greywalls in East Lothian is a 5 Star Hotel, part of the Roux brand. Situated 20 miles from Edinburgh.

We are looking for a commis chef to join our team. Ideally you will come from a quality background.

This is a great opportunity for career progression working for the Roux group.

Working in a relaxed kitchen in a beautiful location with our own garden and close to the beach.

You will have experience in a similar environment.
