Full-time chefs:9 chefs plus kitchen porters

Job description:

Monachyle Mhor Hotel and Restaurant is an award winning 16 bedroom 4 star hotel situated in a rural but stunning location of Balquhidder 50 miles from Perth and 30 miles from Stirling.

This is a great chance for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our award winning restaurant in a beautiful location in Stirlingshire. Live in or Live out, immediate start available. If you are passionate about patisserie? Experienced and adept at creating delightful, decadent pastries and desserts? Interested in taking your career to the next level in a five-star hotel? Have previous experience working in fine dining/2 Rosette restaurant or hotel, then Monachyle Mhor Hotel would love to hear from you.

Along with delivering our dessert and pastry menu to the highest standards, and to budget, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team, working alongside the Executive Head Chef -Marysia Paszkowska and Senior Sous to ensure the best possible dining experience for our guests.

We are looking for individuals who can work a section and work as a key member of a busy team.

A successful candidate will ideally have:

Experience in a similar role

A passion for sharing knowledge and skills with more junior members.

Excellent conversational English

Clear passion for the industry and patisserie

Real ambition to succeed at the highest level.

Dedicated and excellent team player.
