Job description: | The Marcliffe Hotel and Spa is a privately owned prestigious 5-star luxury hotel west of Aberdeen. We have an exciting opportunity for a Demi Chef de Partie Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. Working under the direction of our Executive Head Chef and Head Chef, you will have the opportunity to work with the finest produce, preparing and serving exceptional food. Ideally you will be knowledgeable about menu items and be aware of commodities used, methods, preparation and cooking to ensure a consistently high level of food service always. Ideally you will have experience of working in a similar role within a high-quality restaurant including private dining and events with the ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
